Scouts who have earned the prestigious rank of Eagle, who are also licensed amateur radio operators, are able to be inducted into Bay-Lakes Council's EA9LE Wall of Honor. The recipients are issued a certificate, and their name will be enshrined on a perpetual plaque in the WI9BSA Radio Station in the upstairs of the STEM Building at Bear Paw Scout Camp
